INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If your first choice in size, style, or color isn’t the perfect match, simply send it back to us. The process is straightforward—designed to make your shopping experience as effortless and comfortable as the garments themselves.

We gladly accept returns of all unworn, unaltered merchandise that is returned in its original condition with all original tags still attached. To be eligible for a return, items must be received at our facility within the standard return window. Please note that all international returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds are processed exclusively to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Certain categories of merchandise are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you choose to arrange and pay for your own return shipment without using our designated return service, we cannot assume responsibility for the shipping costs incurred, nor for any loss or damage that may occur to the items while in transit to us.

Once your return shipment arrives at our returns center, please allow adequate time for your return to be inspected and processed.

HOW TO RETURN

  • TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN and receive the necessary documentation, please visit our returns portal at ponteedit.com. You will need to provide your original order number and indicate which item(s) you wish to return. If you are returning items from multiple orders and wish to consolidate them into a single shipment, please include all relevant order numbers in your request. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
  • PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE by carefully placing the items back in the original box or a suitable secure package. Be sure to include the completed commercial invoice provided via email. Affix the generated return shipping label clearly to the exterior of your package.
  • DROP OFF YOUR SECURED PACKAGE at an authorized location for the designated carrier, or schedule a convenient pickup. You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt and successful processing of your return.
